Proclamation of Banns, and Marriage.  (Banns is like an engagement.)  It was filled out on December 29, 1850.

"That William Brighton and Catherine Bow both of this Parish have been THREE times proclaimed in the Parish Church here in order to marriage and that no objections have been offered, is attested by me.  James Noble, Session Clerk.  The above mentioned parties were Married at Glasgow this 31 day of December 1850 years, by me, Joseph Clement, minister of the Gospel"
